Famous Apple Cider Doughnuts

For a mouth-watering taste of fall, our cinnamon-sugar-coated apple cider doughnuts can't be missed. During October, keep an eye out for our pumpkin doughnuts!

Place donuts on a tray and freeze for 3–5 hours until solid. Without thawing, transfer to a freezer bag. Store for up to 3 months.

Insider Tip! Easily freeze and reheat our apple cider doughnuts to enjoy a taste of fall whenever the craving hits. 

Freezing:
Thawing:

Thaw at room temp, uncovered, for 30+ minutes. Once thawed, microwave for 5–10 seconds or warm in a 350°F oven for 10–15 minutes. We recommend the oven  to get them nice and crisp!

Hand-made pies 

Homemade in our bakery at Sky Top, our pies will please any crowd! Packed with Sky Top apples and topped with a traditional crust OR crumb topping, enjoy a pie at home or bring to a gathering to share with friends and family.

Pie freezing and reheating instructions:

Purchased a pie frozen at Sky Top to enjoy for a party or gathering or want to freeze a fresh pie to enjoy at a later date? You're in luck, our pies are perfect for every season or occasion! 

Freezing:

Place pie in the freezer for 1-2 hours. This prevents moisture forming as it freezes. After pre-freezing, place pie in freezer bag and keep in the freezer for up to 3 months.

Thawing:

Thaw pie in refrigerator overnight. Place thawed pie on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350°F for 30–45 minutes until brown and bubbly in the center. (Time is approximate depending on your oven.) *Add 30 minutes if frozen and cover with aluminum foil for this first step.
